“Resurrection of the Dormant Eye” captures the moment awareness returns—when something long buried begins to see again.
A skeletal figure stands at the center, both fragile and defiant, as concentric eye-like forms pulse outward through the surrounding space. These shapes suggest perception awakening in layers, as if vision itself is being rebuilt from fragments.
The composition carries a sense of tension between stillness and eruption. What was once dormant now radiates outward, unsettling and alive, blurring the boundary between internal awakening and external observation.
There is no clear separation between the figure and its environment. Instead, the piece suggests that perception is not passive—it transforms the world as much as it reveals it.
